Report history
I'm running into a similar issue where I am unable to pass and the game is stuck. Unclear if this directly related to the original issue since the error message I'm getting is a more generic "The server reported an error."
Refreshing has not solved the problem and has persisted over several days.

I am unable to place an object. The game should have forced a pass but it has not. No pass button is showing. It's been 24 hours. Attempted fixes include : reloading game and F5, neither worked. Waiting to hear from players at the table to mutually abandon game.
I use eye gaze technology so a screenshot would only reveal my keyboard. Sorry.

Try a new game - the game is now fully released, having gone through a lengthy beta stage.
