Nice work, here are some suggestions:
A scoring overview at the end of the game would be nice, let it be a table or something like in Kingdomino: Add an animated scoring on every pile.
When cards are stacked the touch each other, or they are partly outside the area. This is not terrible as everything is visible, but perhaps it could be improved. One idea: You could try to reduce the value the stacked cards are moved to the right/top a little bit. This seems to be more than needed.
After a round I suggest to add a pause. When taking the last card the new cards are placed immediately.
In the game log the images of played cards are placed in an own row, below each other with no space between them. This could be improved.
The game has no presentation images (banner) yet.

Report history
I have reduced the size of the cards and in fact also the stack displacement. It is still overlapping, but I am struggling to have all fitting. So I need to chose a balance between the overlapping of the cards in the player's display and the total space of the display itself.
> In the game log the images of played cards are placed in an own row, below each other with no space between them. This could be improved.
This is fixed.
> Banner
Added but I do not like it, I will add more
>You could add some tooltips.
I did, mainly in the card display I have added the total points that each charter is currently giving.
> he English and German rules links do not work.
I have added English rules from a different lin, but I am not sure how to remove the broken links...
> Pause between rounds...
I will think about. Not sure I want that. Why are you thinking it would be good?
Thx for your precious feedback. Do not hesitate to give me more and to try the new deployed version.
I would still be happy about a scoring table or animated scoring overview at the end of the game. This is the only thing I like to see to approve the game, the next points are mere cosmetics.
See my comment on the image layout at the other report. It is ok as it is, but not yet perfect, imo.
I like the Carroll citations, but I am not sure if it was better before. Now the black speechboxes tend to distract a little bit. On the other hand they disappear a little bit to fast, or could they fade out like the text before?
Adding a pause: OK, I can live without it. Just thought it would add some "structure" in the time-space-axis, adding more immersion. This could also be sone by filling the table with animations for every item, with the effect as someone deals them to the table.
On the game banner: You have already written that you are not fully content. I like the idea to have 2 images (of Alice) mirrored, but the morror axis should be more to the right, so that the left picture is not covered by the game box. You could even enlarge the Alice face a little bit and leave out the centered game box image at all.
