My friend didn't see it was the last round, and the game allowed her to place a die with value 6 in the engine slot. This means that as soon as I place my die, which is mandatory on that tile, I immediately cause a loss. I got the warning about this with safe mode, my friend did not, despite it technically being her die that caused the overshoot. Seems like a small oversight in function.
