A total value of 14 on The Fall (Inevitable) could be made, leaving a tile of 7 in hand. Shadows (+1) was used so that it should be 8 (7+1) in hand. Therefore 14/2 < 8 (7+1), would not fade the card = Tile in hand is 7.
However, the card said it faded and thus the wrong guess was made AND the card faded for a double whammy in score. :( -
