Middle of game a release was done, breaking all game
I was told that all alpha testing was done in training mode, but this is not the case
As such I was penalised 10 karma and one game abandonment which is totally unfair
Please remove these stains from my otherwise perfect record, as they were caused by your release and wrong implementation, as it should have been in training mode

About 36hrs later, I received message saying I had quit the game, and been penalised karma
