I have been playing Lucky Numbers, and it has worked fine, but on September 11, 2020, I won two games (#111688746, and the table I played immediately before, #111680158), in each instance I was awarded ELO points (10 and 11 points respectively) but there was no change in my status in the Diamond league. When I looked more closely, I now see that I also received no Diamond league credit for a victory at table #111606259 on September 10, 2020, so this seems to be a pattern.
In two of these cases, the person I was playing conceded late in the game when it was clear they were going to lose, but one was a completed victory. Does conceding the game in Lucky Numbers keep your opponent from receiving points in Arena?
Three unrewarded victories in two days seems to be a major issue, and may have kept me from achieving Elite Status. You can confirm that it happened in my statistics. It this by design or is it a bug? -

#111688746
#111680158
#111606259
Table #111713562.
I beat the other player in both games, I think I received 4 points and he got -3. I received 11 ELO points and he lost 22. I received no Diamond League improvement, and it appears that the other player lost none of his Bronze League rankings. There is something wrong with the scoring in the game.
So if a Diamond league player beats a Bronze league player they get nothing. It seems unfair, but it's true of all games.
