However the email of the end of game said that it was a tie on zero each.
Did we both misread what the ELO adjustments implied, or does the ELO change and the final score not tally?
There is a bit on ELO calculations in the BGA FAQ.
Also, while it may not apply for this particular game, keep in mind that for tournament games BGA does not allow for ties. In those cases, they currently break ties in favor of the player who has been a BGA member for longer (I'm not defending that system, just mentioning it here in case someone "loses" a tied Lucky Numbers game in a tournament and stumbles across this bug report).
