As the Fakirs, with both the Stronghold bonus and the 4-point Town bonus tile, Fakirs should have been able to use Carpet Flight to skip 3 spaces (one as baseline, +1 from the SH bonus, +1 from Town tile bonus). Based on their position, the Fakirs should be able to reach the red space in the bottom left, but are unable, despite being able to reach another tile that is the same distance away elsewhere.
