Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
Currently the Demand cards are just (not very large) images with English text. This makes it harder to tell which region the cards are for, since the regions are translated but the cards are not: i.postimg.cc/65QM2pkZ/Blue-Skies-Demand-cards.png
This is especially problematic for languages that don't use Latin script, since the card images are pretty much gibberish if you can only read these kinds of characters: boardgamearena.com/translation?module_id=1308&source_locale=en_US&dest_locale=ja_JP&find=Midwest. You could try to use the colours, but even then red and orange may get mixed up.
The best solution would be to add tooltips with the texts and preferably a larger image as well. The King's Guild has a nice implementation: i.postimg.cc/mDjqs5NJ/The-King-s-Guild-card-tooltip.png -

Since they just have the same name in Dutch, I can't tell without switching my language. And I'll have a hard time finding my way back if I switch to Japanese. :)
