I suggest only having players confirm the end of the round when no one has won the game yet. At the end of a game my friend and I were playing, I had effectively won because I had 5 victory points. Because we thought the game was over, my friend went to bed. We didn't notice the end-of-round confirmation prompt, so my friend didn't press continue before he left. So the game has never finished. After he went to bed, I noticed that the game wasn't over, so in an attempt to end the game, I quit out, even though I really won, but the game is still ongoing. Worse, it still doesn't show that I won. But it should... My pride needs the "W." It may have been a training game, but that's not the point. I won, dang it! :)
If the game is over, the end-of-round confirmation prompt seems a bit superfluous, so I recommend removing it in that circumstance. -
