Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation
Detailed description
• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
The cartwright didn't kick in at the end of turn. No other official was played.
Only one card was drawn.
Only one card was played.
No cards were exchanged.
The player closed a route of length 5. The cartwright would have made that earn the "7 carriage". The player already had the "6 carriage"

I had a look, the player clicked "Without cartwright", perhaps I'll add a warning for this button.

I wonder if those situations occur when only 1 additional card is needed for the next level of cards. As per the rule, it should be possible when 1 or 2 extra houses are needed, but I think the times I have seen it not offered is when I only needed 1. It seems to work all the time when 2 are needed for the next card.
