Detailed description
• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
When it says "Playing hours 09:00 → 21:00", it should specify the time zone, otherwise the player will assume it is their own time zone. Which is devastating to both reputation and ELO if you time out on multiple games in a swiss tournament because it was happening while you were asleep.• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened

Report history
Says:
Game mode Normal mode
Game speed Turn-based • Fixed time limit
Time allotted to each player 15h00
Playing hours 09:00 → 21:00
Simple Game (fixed starting potions) Off
It is especially confusing because the information page will give you the start date/time in your own time zone, so it makes you think the whole page is in that time zone. For example it says
"Start date
2021-02-08 at 11:00
(America/Los_Angeles)" for this tournament"
in the title banner.
It is even worse for a round-robin tournament, where many games all get started at the same time, and then if because of playing hours, you take your turns when others are "asleep", and then ALL of your clocks run out while you are asleep, you can get kicked out of many games in a row!
Please fix this and either display the playing hours in local time, or at least post the effective time zone of the playing hours (UTC or France or where-ever it is based from).
Tournament boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=81302 show playing hours as "12:00 -> 00:00":
i.imgur.com/NDHkWwa.png
But if you open a game in this tournament, you'll see the playing hours get localized to my time, for example this game: boardgamearena.com/9/teotihuacan?table=171225393
It shows playing hours as 07:00 -> 19:00: i.imgur.com/NDHkWwa.png
The 07:00 -> 19:00 is the correct one.
So, in summary, the tournament description page has a bug in which it does not localize the time to the player's timezone neither it tells the player what timezone is that (because in my case that's not UTC, it's UTC+2)
