I moved a heir to the first position with a royal decree. Then when it was the turn of my archer only the last card in the queue was clickable.

Report history
After an F5 it gave me the correct options of the first or the last card in the line.
Two different players had the same issue: steps 44 and 49

Reproducing made me understand it likely needs the archer to have a negative value for position (this means it should be played to the left of other cards)
So I need a new bug report with the situation ton understand the issue
