If you rotate a tile to the left before placing it, then when you confirm the location, it will spin completely around before fixing in place. This results in it being in the same place, but the extra motion is distracting. Rotating a tile to the right does not produce this.

Report history
For example if you rotate the tile 5 times it is save to DB as rotation of 1. This is the reason why the tile "rewinds" when the board is updated. This is really a minor thing and it looks kinda cool to me, so for now it stays at it is, but I may try to fix it in the future.
