When my opponent took the terraforming Move 4 action, and didn't make any jumps.

Report history

JudaaMarr took the "Jump 4" action on the "Terraforming" card and didn't move any ships and only produced.
Rule and Card Clarifications
• A player may not deliberately take an Action that causes no change in the game state when the Action is complete.
• For example, a player may not take a “Jump 4” Action and not perform any Jumps, but they may take a “Gain 2 Ore + Jump 2” Action to take 2 Ore and not perform any Jumps.

Probably not super high priority, since there's very seldom a reason to attempt this.
