Exactly nothing. I could only click on the build station, but it was impossible because it all happened at the begining of the game and I didn't have any tunnels built.

same thing happened
I can't do anything because we already started.
It happened when you placed a destination with yout first tunnel, and were able to place a second one of the same type with yout second tunnel. Even if you didn't place the second one, you could dig a second tunnel but not a third.
You should be able to build less tunnels.
