I explored a Site 1 area and received an idol for which I could exile a card. I exiled Hot Air Balloon to move a meeple to a dig site with a -3 Compass cost. I did not get the option to do that.

Report history
I used hot air balloon and it took a meeple from my player board instead of allowing me to displace one
2. Pressing f5 didn't help
3. The problem occurred twice during the game, but between these two moments the card worked once
