Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
This is not a seriously significant bug, but still something technically incorrect. On our table, move #84, one player achieved the win condition out of turn, but he did not immediately win. Instead I was first asked to make a choice about paying taxes on my turn. This is of course super minor but it would be very nice to fix it to have the win instant. I can imagine situations where an annoying player in real time with a long time constraint delayed the game out of spite or other such nonsense. Of course there are bigger fish to fry but it it wasn't too much work it would be nice to have all wins instant.

Report history
But indeed it is not logical this delays the victory, I will see if we can easily check win conditions before and after this creeper resolving.
The creepers are explicitly resolved *before* the victory check, because in some situations that is actually required: the Potato must first move, if someone has War + Peace they must give Peace to someone else, etc
So we can't check victory without first resolving creepers as that may lead to incorrect victories.
Taxes + Money does not really affect this, but we have to treat all Creepers the same.
(Actually, purely theoretical, you could decide to pay Taxes, thereby skipping a victory that required Money)
