As lead player, I wanted to advance the gear two steps during the advancement phase. You can do this once per game as long as it wouldn't knock a player off a gear. It worked yesterday but when I returned it stopped working.

I was not the lead player, and palce my pawn where expected!
Nothing was proposed to adwance the gear once or twice.
first time i picked up SP i was offered to advance the gear twice. [chose not to]
second time i did (turn 25) i wasn't offered at all. (game number : Tzolk'in #21730235)
