Report history
The proposal must be able to be made by any player, even if it is not his turn. It should not suspend the active player’s turn, and its playing time should continue to be counted normally. Playing his move ignoring the proposal must be considered as a NO to the proposal which must then be automatically cancelled.
And maybe limit the proposal to 3-5 per game.
If u used all of them, u cant propose anymore.
In this table, the player names benny1991988 are constantly asking for a draw, not playing chess, not making a move, wasting time, and passive play
A player making perpetual checks with one piece or several pieces can be ruled to have lost unless he or she stops such checking.
Perpetual checking is forbidden, and the side that checks is ruled to lose on the 3rd repeat. However, when both sides are perpetually checking each other, the game is ruled a draw.
