Report history
Only players that are actually in infraction with the current limits should get this message, with the correct arguments available.
But needs to be investigated further and fixed.
Just to make sure I added extra 0-discard (unused) arguments for the active player limits.
Hopefully that should prevent the error, feel free to report again otherwise.
