The interface blocked me from doing a game action authorized by the rules
Detailed description
• What was the game action you wanted to do?
It is only possible to place a heroic or common piece, but the description of the Storm Elemental says "you can do 1 (if legendary) ... combat moves in one direction".• What did you try to do to trigger this game action?
There is only an image of heroic and common stone, co there's nothing I could possibly click on.• What happened when you tried to do this (error message, game status bar message, ...)?

It is quite an important function for the being, because it's really hard (and well-paid) to destroy a legendary stone.

This has nothing to do with bug 2025.
You're not offered a legendary piece because you already have placed all 3 of yours on the board.

Could do with a message: "You can't place a Legendary because you have already have placed all your Legendary pieces on the board - none left in supply".
