At the beginning of every turn (in every game I've played) the meeples (both my own and those of other players) in not in the room where it ended the turn, but either in a different room or down by the cards. After looking at the list of other bug reports, I suspect this might be related to the fixed bug of "interface not centered". It seems to me that the meeples are often (perhaps always) shifted approximately 1 step right and 1 step down, so meeples in the rooms on the right side will end up by the cards.
