Everybody had passed in the game I played except me. It came to me and said play a card or draw a card, and neither were possible because everyone had passed. I think in this case the end of the round should just automatically occur maybe with a little notification for the player who got stuck.

Nice work so far
I have found it fails sometimes to properly change ~10% , so I'm looking for why. Will update.
Did not implement the number of cards left at this time.
