We tried placing the technician image on multiple places in the factory, but at no point would it allow us to run the nearby equipment.

Report history
1) assign technician to factory (by clicking on employee then factory, a wrench icon will appear)
2) use factory assigned to technician (as per normal rules)
3) trigger technician (by clicking on employee then conveyor)
i can try adding a sub-description in the tooltip
