I haven't been able to play it since the beta was released.
I keep getting an image loading error.
I think I'm in the same situation as jtowerdefense.

When I try to watch the game today, I get the following error message.

Can't load image: x.boardgamearena.net/data/themereleases/current/games/veronatwist/210615-0944/img/FB.png
Please check your connection or refresh this web page (Ctrl+F5)

If you look at the http.
It seems to be updating from 210608 to 210615, but it doesn't show either.

This is the second person to do so, and I am disappointed with your attitude of making it impossible to vote for "not a bug".

The problem is that, until and unless I have a clue of what's happening, I cannot resolve it... as on my side it's working.

If you're able to make a deeper analysis, provide logs, errors from your side, I can have a look at it...

Btw... the link you're posting is referring to an old version of the game: "210608-1907/img/FB.png"...

Can you try to start a new game from scratch and see if this is still happening? You cannot keep on playing old games when new versions of the games are pushed to production...

Today, I asked my friend to play the game in training mode with me.

Loading game art (97%)

The above error occurred and the screen did not switch.
(I couldn't play it, but my friends could.)
However, the game itself seems to be working.
「${you} must place the characters」 display was on a Google Chrome tab.

I asked my friend to abandon the game and quit the game.
Finally, "Loading game art (97%)" changed to "move2".
The screen is still not switching.

However, the sound of gameplay is present.

Since the beta release, there has always been an error in "FB.png".

By clicking on 「x.boardgamearena.net/data/themereleases/current/games/veronatwist/210626-0736/img/FB.png」, I am able to see the image by itself.

Please open the console (F12) before you start the game, and when it happens, copy every error message on the console and every error on Network tab.
Which browser and version ?

Are you using Custom CSS in user preferences ?

I found the cause.
I have installed "Adblock Plus" as an extension to Google Chrome.
I turned this off and it worked fine on my computer.
However, other games are working without turning it off.
If possible, I don't want to turn it off, so I would appreciate it if you could take some action.

As I understand, the image is blocked by some extension of your browser because of its name "FB.png"... FB is maybe blocked because identified as suspect, becase of its name. I tried to rename the image.

Please check if this solves the issue.

The screen waiting for loading has been switched and the game screen came up and I was able to play.
Of course, no error will occur.

You said "No action to take here", but you fixed the bug!(This is a bug, isn't it?) Thank you!
