Had two fixed lines: 7-6-5 and 6-5 connect to a 3. I should, to my understanding of the rules, be able to connect one of them to the 3 (the longer one, usually). But I was not able to select it.

Report history
Just quit a game due to the same issue. Thought it might be my bad because I don't have a full understanding of the game yet, but apparently more people are having this problem.
