I had 3 military strength, the card New Military Tactics and 3 cards to discard.
I tried to play Rebel Stronghold which costs 9 military. The game told me I still had to pay 7 military. This should have been reported as 6 military. I clicked on New Military Tactics to trigger its affect and get myself 3 more military. • Which browser are you using?

I realized that I could not play the card, so I tried to undo the step. New Military Tactics was not returned to my hand but stayed discarded. While the other steps were reversed.
