I supplied this icon in a png 50x50 format:

But the icon didn't show up properly on the trophies:

I have had essentially the same problem with another tournament.
If the format I used for the icon is somehow not correct, the tournament interface should either analyze then icon and report the problem or, better yet it should display the trophies so that we can verify that they are ok.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
