When I played the Dystopia tapestry card I was allowed to select one of the buildings that are only accessible via Tech cards. The landmarks available should be limited to those on the landmark board as stated on the card (i.e. those you can get from the advancement tracks).• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened

When I played the Dystopia tapestry card I was allowed to select one of the buildings that are only accessible via Tech cards. The landmarks available should be limited to those on the landmark board as stated on the card (i.e. those you can get from the advancement tracks).• Is this text available in the translation system?
