There's 3 cards remaining and I got 2 cards after planting, 1 last card should put on flood zone, but the deck went to 0 directly. • Which browser are you using?

Report history
The rules state "Once the final draw pile is exhausted, the game ends"
My interpretation of this is that when you draw the final card in order to put it on the flood pile, the game ends immediately and the flood does not occur.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
