There was a play 3 rule up. I already had the expendable crewman keeper and the engineer keeper. My first turn, I played the holographic projection keeper. My second turn, I played the landing party goal. One of my opponents had the doctor keeper out, so holographic projection should have kicked in to win the game since it was still my turn, but it never happened.
