Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
I've asked players, and so far they've almost unanimously preferred the fast scoring option, which scores everyone in parallel after each round. (We do this in over-the-board Azul, where everyone scores their own at the same time, except for beginners who need help scoring.) I see from other suggestions that some folks like the slow scoring better. But I think the slow scoring should be the option to choose, and fast scoring the default, as I find most players don't like the wait and like to watch the simultaneous fast scoring in parallel.
