I wanted to use Healing Ray card on others when I had full HP, right after move N37.

I had full HP, 10 points and I rolled 2 hearts. The game didn't ask me how/if I want to use the hearts on others. My turn immediately ended. It seems Healing Ray card triggers only when you have the option to heal yourself (not full HP).
