Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
In the terra mystica implementation, it is possible observe the result of a conversion before confirming it. It may happen that you perform a conversion expecting a certain outcome, but you then realize that you reasoned wrong and you no longer want to perform the conversion. In that case, it would be great if it is possible to revert the conversion right after you did the conversion.

Report history
BGA's official stance on undo:
"Undo are painful for opponents, in the real world and online. Some players may also use Undo to 'test' situations while they should just think instead."
I mean, using that logic there should be no undos at all on BGA. The fact that many games have them is an indication that the policy isn't so dead set against them. In addition, especially for heavy games, the risk of a careless mistake is much higher.
In terms of it being painful for opponents, all I can say is that when I've looked at bug reports for games, I frequently see suggestions to add undo options when they are absent, but I cannot think of a single case where I've seen players requesting that an undo option be removed.
"As a rule of thumb, on BGA we advise you to not undo moves.
"Undo are painful for opponents, in real world and online. Some players may also use Undo to 'test' situations while they should just think instead.
"In many cases, proposing an 'Undo' means also adding an extra step, which is not good for the game interface."
When BGA revises their policy, we'll reevaluate how much time it will take to implement the action. Aside from the policy, implementing an undo action is far from trivial. This is why there are so many unanswered suggestions to add an undo button -- we need to balance the need for this (it's highly requested) vs. the time required (but will take 8-16 hours from my day to implement).
No matter what conversions have been done, the cancel button will revert their resources to the point prior to starting conversions.
It's not quite a full undo feature, but I believe it's close to equivalent for your typical user.
