#57631: "Read-out of scores at game end"
acknowledged: Developers agree that it is a good idea and intend to work on it
What is this report about?

Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation
Detailed description
• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
I'm wondering if the scoring can more closely reflect the IOS app, which makes crystal clear who won and why. Here, you have to take a few minutes to decipher how the winner won.• Which browser are you using?
Google Chrome v97

Jan 19th 2022 16:26 • I don't have the iOS app and I don't think it is available for download anymore.
Could you post a screenshot or give a description of how the end of game scoring works in it.

Jan 19th 2022 18:07 • Here is the scoring from the IOS version (photo linked): photos.smugmug.com/FCASL/i-Xj6NNvt/0/86cfb455/M/T%26E%20scoring-M.jpg
As you see, the treasures are automatically added in and the score tabulated from there, so it's very easy to see who won and how.
Thanks!

Jan 20th 2022 15:49 • They Y&Y scoring improves on this a bit.
a) The IOS app shows the four scores, which is nice, but nicer would be if the four numbers were color coded.
b) The Y&Y app also shows where treasures were added in.
So I see each player's four scores, ordered from low to high, with the numerals color coded. After any number that was boosted by treasure, you can put a yellow number in parentheses to indicate how many treasures were added in.
5 (2) - 5 (1) - 8 - 10
Just an idea for consideration.

Help on the displayed stars in case of tie say: "Next highest category". This text is nonsense if you can't see your score in the form of 4 numbers in ascending order. Of course, no color should be associated with these numbers, since colors do not intervene in the ranking.
Example:
table #241320717 boardgamearena.com/2/tigriseuphrates?table=241320717
diamant red 8 black 7 green 8 blue 9 treasure 2 => 7 8 8 9 without the treasures
then you you change these numbers by adding the treasures, one by one, to the lowest number, the rightmost one if several are lowest
7 8 8 9 => 8 8 8 9 => 8 8 9 9 which is the complete score (8 is the score)
In case of a tie, the tiebreaker must be made on 8 (second number), 89 (second and third numbers), or 899 (3 last numbers). The number that is currently displayed in case of a tiebreaker is not understandable, because it is not directly related to the score of the players.
