Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
I reached the end of the Technology track and restarted my cube on the Science track, so I had two cubes on the Science track. Later, I played Age of Discovery. I rolled Science. Normally, when rolling the science die, if you have two cubes on the same track, you get to choose which one advances, but it didn't let me choose and just advanced the Science cube of mine that was lower down on the track, when I wanted to advance the higher one. This ultimately cost me two resources and reduced my score significantly.

Victoria, if you don't know the answer, first look at this:
boardgamegeek.com/thread/2289439/ai-singularity-all-rules-one-place-i-hope
#5 here seems applicable:
"More rulings on multiple positions/tokens on a track:
If (a) you have multiple tokens on an advancement track, or (b) if you move your token from AI Singularity to the start of the Technology track, in effect giving you AI Singularity among multiple positions on that track for many purposes...
1) For purposes of comparing advancement, scoring for distance advanced, and for prerequisites, consider the most advanced token (case A) or the AI Singularity space (case B).
2) For Socialism played by another player, consider all tokens (case A) or all tokens and the AI Singularity space (case B). In effect, they would advance or regress to the nearest of those in their chosen direction.
3) For Socialism played the player with multiple positions, consider the most advanced token (case A) or do not allow any effect (case B).
4) For effects (other than advance or regress) that target tokens/positions and several are valid targets for the effect, the active player chooses the target of the effect.
5) For advance or regress effects, the player owning the token(s) chooses."
Then there's this, which says S12 only considers the most advanced token:
boardgamegeek.com/thread/2281270/article/33002381#33002381
But then there's this that says players can choose, though no link is provided:
boardgamegeek.com/wiki/page/Tapestry_FAQ#toc23
Yeah, I think I'm confident now that you should be able to choose when someone plays Age of Discovery.
Yes you suppose to choose a cube, and I cannot reproduce it because it is asking me to choose, some sort of other
bug condition in play...
Advancement without benefit or bonus
I only got 1 of the rewards partly.
So basically my opponents got more advantage than me from my turn
