Detailed description
-
• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
As you can see on the FAQ published by the publisher of the game (www.rprod.com/en/7-wonders-duel/faq), Conflict Shields are NOT considered as instant effect anymore.
This means that the Conflict Pawn should go backward if you destroy a Wonder that provides Conflict Shields, such as The Colossus.
This rule was previously discussed even on the BGA forum in 2020 (forum.boardgamearena.com/viewtopic.php?t=17932), but in the last 2 years the publisher widely explained that now the Conflict Shield are NOT considered as instant effect anymore, therefore they are affected by cards such as Sabotage or Anubi that can destroy Wonders which provide Conflict Shields. -
• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened
Move #97

Report history
This issue was widely discussed in the 7 Wonders Duel community, but lately the publisher explained in the FAQ o the game that the effect of Anubi and Sabotage DOES influence the Conflict Shields.
www.rprod.com/en/7-wonders-duel/faq
PAGE 18 - SABOTAGE CONSPIRACY
The following phrase replaces the rule concerning the Sabotage Conspiray:
"Choose 1 Wonder constructed by your opponent and return it to the box. It will no longer be used for this game. The affected player doesn’t lose the instant effects previously granted by that Wonder (Coins, Progress tokens, constructed or discarded card, Replay effect, Placement or Movement of Influence cubes)."
With Sabotage, the conflict pawn should move when you destroy a wonder with shields.
Keep up all the excellent work 👍🏻
Here again. Same problem with Anubis. It's especially annoying since this error makes Sabotage much less good than it should be. In this case it didn't deny victory for me, but it could have with less lucky age 3 cards distribution (killing the colossus should have been straight winning).
