Report history
The game was Carcassonne #25756976.
It is the difficult to follow rules which cause this confusion.
The scoring was correct in the above mentioned game I wrongly added to report as bugged.
=> Règles spéciales mises : Régles de la 1ere version pour le comptage des points des prés, Extension La Rivière, Extension 1 Auberges et Cathédrales
YumeMari, on your table ID #67861275, the farmers stays always on table when the game ends, but you don't win any point for your farmers, because you don't have any city completed around your farmers.
The rules say: Each completed city adjacent to a field you occupy gives you 3 points
DianaMax, please, can you report the exact table ID?
I think that this bug can be closed.
Table #75725464. 4 joueurs.
At the end, jkeays had three meeples on that farm AND he got the 21 points for it. No bug at table #75725464.
When you placed your pig, the game shows only one red meeple on that farm (near the river source), but Krikrou already had two (one at the river, the other one 6 tiles to the right) and his pig. That second meeple might be difficult to see, depending on the color calibration of your display, but it's there.
At that point, Katchatcha had one meeple on the other side of the river, connected around that one-street cloister to the left side.
And shortly after your pig, Katchatcha added his second meeple and his pig from the south.
So, it's 1 - 2 - 2, and zero points for you.
Table number:85575875
Scoring was set to "International variant" where all farmers should have been scored, but it seems that they were scored by "first edition rules" where majority determines points.
I' veThe same problem.

gbertu had previously reported that this report was incorrect. So please stop adding testimony, because there will be very little credit for it.
Table #97019980
5 players. At end scoring we think the yellow player scored the field with 2 meeple farmers and a pig, but black and blue also had 2 farmers and a pig.
Table #101719311
At the end of the game one field was left unscored, although the rest were scored as normal, this led to a player ranking lower in the final result than they should have.
I'll clear up the final few here:
@Magicalyn, @Nodens77: Both variants score via majority. The difference is that the international variant is done on a field by field basis, whereas the first edition did it city by city.
@leebc: Check the replay, all 3 players scored the field.
@salorak: The red farmer was outnumbered by the blue player - you must have the 'majority' in each field.
@Chris Hoskins: You have only 1 farmer. Blue/Yellow had 2 each so they had the majority and thus got points.
I can finally close this report as definitely not a bug.
