Their reputation grows back easily anyway because they play a lot but most other players have to wait a long time because of this compulsory behaviour, affecting tournaments and the quality of BGA overall.
I suggest setting a limit on the number of games a player can take part. I think 50 is more than a reasonable number, if not 25. -
