All players should complete frame one before any player gets to start frame 2. Without this, turn based games are basically a bunch of solitaire games. All players can play simultaneously, but IMO having that pause after each frame for everyone to finish would improve game play.

and as you requested Turn by Turn Parallel mode where players play turns at the same time but wait for others to end their turn before start next one.
