• Which part of the rules was not followed by the BGA adaptation?
From French rulebook : "tous les joueurs subissent les effets de chaque carte Événement en
commençant par celle de gauche" (all players are affected by the effects of each event card starting from left)• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
No. The log shows in which order the events are processed (moves 115-119), but not in which order they were on the board.• Which browser are you using?

In this specific case, It doesn't cause any issue but with other events it could (depending on what the bug exactly is).
For example, if I have only one yellow building, if Normans Attack is processed before Battle of Courtrai, I can choose the yellow building and get unaffected by Battle of Courtrai.
If the events are processed in reverse, the yellow building is damaged by Battle of Courtrai and I then have to choose another building to be damaged by Normas Attack.
