1) The main board (the circle with the tiles), it would be nice to be able to adjust the size of that board to make bigger or smaller as needed.

When browser zoom was adjusted to 80% I was able to view it on the right. My suggestion would be to have an option to display player area to the right of the board without needing to minimize screen size.
