Yjang's Forgotten Vase was in game, so when I put the Damned Soul of Onys into the game, I should have received 1 water energy because of the effect of the Vase and 1 water energy because of the Damned Soul, but I got only 1 water energy.

because you have to "choose" the other water energy from the vase.
ALso, the water you spent came back to your reserve. You may haven't seen that.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
