Detailed description
-
• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
At and just after move 298 laziester wins the round with an open hand not having any additional fu. However the fu calculation is wrong: the hand is given 20 fu, but the actual rules award 30 fu for such an "open pinfu" hand. Thus laziester should have won 1000 points, not 700; 1000 is the minimum possible points that can be earned by a winning hand from a non-dealer.

Report history
From Wikipedia:
"As an exception, if one wins by claiming a discard with an open hand with melds and waits to which no fu is awarded, the hand is not 20 fu but counted as a total of 30 fu. This is the fu for an open pinfu."
in the EMA rule set and many other common rule sets, open Pinfu awards 2 extra Fu which by rounding then become 30 Fu for a Ron (obviously, the open hand must have another compatible Yaku like all-simples in this case). I'll have a look why this didn't happen here.
The whole open-Pinfu is a bit of a mess tbh, both historically and implementation-wise.
