Both players Orologiaio (1 time) and Zadrow (2 times) had this problem during the game: when reaching the double-arrow space on the Money Track, the double advancement bonus did not become available for them.

Apparently this happens the most when the double-arrow space is reached and not passed using the Splitter Card bonus advancement, but I am not sure that is the only case.
