Tile was missing so I couldn’t put the tiles onto my board, had to come out of game and go back in to resolve.

Report history
In the meantime, reloading the page solves it.
Also i'd suggest using a different browser than Safari (or at least have the latest version of it), since it often creates this incompatibility issues.
