Each player's board shows how many points they will score at the end of the game with that many inhabitants. The boards show that a population of 14 should score 2 points, but I only scored 1 point. Hovering over the board shows the tooltip does not match the visual display either, with a habitant range of 11 to 14 worth 1 point and 15 to 16 worth 2 points, when it should be 11 to 13 worth 1 point and 14 to 16 worth 2 points.
