When the player used the Dwarven Mines to store gold, it was not exhausted, and they were able to repeat the action shortly thereafter on another turn. There was no other card or power used to refresh the card first. So it did not turn as it should have.

Yes - the initial storing happened at 1:25am and then again at 1:27am. I don't see move numbers to report otherwise I would be more specific.
