The card says you can take an action of the unoccupied square if exactly one card in round 1-4 is unoccupied in the returning home phase. On the first round, it was a sheep accumulation action. It was left unoccupied. This left exactly 1 unoccupied action in rounds 1-4. I also played sheep provider to combo with minstrel on the first round where by i get a grain every time i use the sheep accumulation action.

The action should of either been automatic or i should of been prompted to take the action if i wished. But neither happened

In the return home phase when the sheep accumulation action was left unoccupied leaving exactly one unoccupied action in rounds 1-4, i should of been prompted to take an action. But i was not.

The action doesn't exist until it is flipped, and therefore cannot be occupied or unoccupied. There is only one card available in round 1, so if it isn't used it should be unoccupied.
